I'm so ecstatic in receiving this package. The first package was delivered to the wrong mailbox. I informed Nicky of thr plight. She was extremely helpful. Inspite our best effort, it did not Arrived I ordered another one and it made it. It was not Nicky fault but she was gracious to reduce the cost of the second one. If I was near her, I would give her the biggest hug. The product is great and I was definitely would buy from her again. We need more business who put their customers first. A lesson to you big corporations!!!!!
