The 519 series is a flat ribbed elastic measuring 1/4″ wide. The 25 yard bulk roll will go far for a number of projects. The elastic is durable and resilient thanks to its ribbed weave. Some consider the woven ribbon on this elastic to also qualify it as a braided elastic.
